Ep.15 What the heck happened with the Hobby?

The Hobby is booming at what may be an all-time high level the likes of what we've never seen before...& during a pandemic, As hobbyists we should be at least ecstatic about that, but lately I've noticed a trend of #hobbysnobby, people labeling new people of the hobby, voicing general disdain, finger pointing, labeling people & generally being very unwelcoming...Not all but why are we doing this during high points of the hobby & if that's the case, what will we resort to at the low points?  When did the hobby get some segmented & segregated?
