And as of today, May 18 2026, PSA has officially raised that minimum to 50 cards and pushed Value Bulk turnaround times to 140–160 business days. That means a submission you send in TODAY might not come back until January 2027. My return? 25 PSA 9s. Only 3 PSA 10 Gem Mints.
